Privacy policy for Reevo Health Ads

This policy covers Reevo Health Ads, the internal tool Reevo Health uses to manage its own Google Ads account. Shoppers on our store are covered by the Reevo Health store privacy policy.

What data the app accesses

The app connects to the Google Ads API with a service account that Reevo Health added to its own Google Ads account. Through that access it reads and changes only that account's advertising data: campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, budgets, settings, performance reports and keyword planning data.

The app does not request access to any person's Google account. It does not read Gmail, Drive, contacts, calendars or profile information, and no member of the public signs in to it.

How the data is used

The data is used only to manage, report on and improve Reevo Health's own advertising. It is never sold, never used to build advertising profiles of individuals and never used for any purpose unrelated to running Reevo Health's ads.

How the data is stored and protected

Reports and working files are kept on Reevo Health's own computers and systems. The service account key is stored in a file readable only by its owner and is never published. Access to the Google Ads account can be withdrawn at any time by removing the service account from the account's users.

Who the data is shared with

The data is not shared with third parties, except service providers acting on Reevo Health's instructions to operate the app, such as Google and the AI assistant Claude by Anthropic, which Reevo Health uses to analyse reports and prepare campaign changes.

Retention and deletion

Reports are kept only as long as Reevo Health needs them for its advertising and accounting. To ask about or request deletion of data held by this app, write to the contact below.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Reevo Health Ads' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
